The DC Films product line is a premium action figure series fom DC Collectibles. This product line features characters mostly from films based on the DC Extended Universe. The DC Extended Universe (DCEU) is an American media franchise and shared universe that is centered on a characters that appear in publications by DC Comics. The shared universe, much like the original DC Universe in comic books, was established by crossing over common plot elements, settings, cast and characters. The first film released in the DCEU was Man of Steel (2013), a reboot of the Superman film series, which was followed by Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad (both 2016). Additional films featuring DC characters such as Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg, Shazam, Green Lantern etc, has been planned well into 2020. With the release of this highly articulated action figure product series, fans do not have to wait until 2020 to see their favorite characters in action!
