AlternaKids™ Relax & Sleep is a unique essential oil sleep blend of 100% pure, cold pressed and/or steam distilled essential oils. Put a few drops on their pillow or add a few drops to a carrier oil and apply topically to your child s chest or back of neck about 30 minutes before bedtime. Ingredients: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Marjoram (Marjorana hortensis L.), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Mandarin (Citrus noblis), Geranium (Pelargonium Graveolens), Chamomile Roman (Anthemis nobilis L) Directions: Dilute Relax & Sleep to 1-3% using your favorite carrier oil and apply topically to your child s chest or back of neck about 30 minutes before bedtime.
