I invented this lip tint as my go-to for some quick color on my lips that would keep my lips hydrated and put some color in my cheeks without drying out my lips, needing a mirror to put on, or nasty chemicals that could potentially go into my mouth or onto my kiddoes when I give them a big smooch! This is the brightest color of all of the tints. It comes out a rich shade of brick red. It lasts about as long as any lip balm would last. The first ingredient in this lip tint is argan oil, sourced from a women s cooperative in Morocco. The cooperative raises the social status of the women it employs by providing them with a fair wage and education. Every step towards equality counts, no matter where in the world it may be. Other ingredients include the moisturizing oils of jojoba and avocado, calming calendula extract with an organic beeswax base. Color is added with mica, colorants naturally occurring in earth that are produced in a lab to be identical to substances occurring in earth, but without the nasty lead.
