Refunds and Exchange

Babytoys.pk is serving with all of its potential to deliver as soon as possible but for the import of toys from Amazon it takes due time of 3-4 weeks and can be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as Weather conditions, shipment delay, delay from vendor, or unavailability of products etc that can make you wait. In such conditions of international shipping babytoys.pk is not responsible for refund.
11. In case of damaged or wrong product you can claim within 3 days of receiving the product only. Imported products are delivered as received. If you receive damaged or malfunctioned product company holds the responsibility. You can write to us for the damage or lost product and we will give you the exchange free of cost.
12. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing, once it is proceed, it cannot be cancelled.
13. In transit damaged products are requested to return to the courier right away and it will be refund within 7 days.
